By purchasing this Ticket Insurance for the BAO 2023, you may request a full refund on your BAO 2023 Tickets and Merchandise up until the day before the event begins: May 27th, 2023. You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase and not be subject to the 15% service fee. The Ticket Insurance is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please allow up to 30 days to process a refund request when exercising this option.
The option to purchase this insurance will be unavailable 60 days prior to the start of the event, which is March 28th, 2023.
