4-hour workshop designed for artists and hobbyists who want to explore the world of digital sculpting for miniature creation. This course will introduce you to the essential tools and techniques of ZBrush, enabling you to design highly detailed miniatures for tabletop games, collectibles, and 3D printing.
What You Will Learn
-Basic Interface and Navigation: Master the ZBrush workspace, including tool palettes, navigation controls, and essential shortcuts tailored for miniature modeling.
-Fundamental Sculpting Techniques: Learn the basics of dynamesh, zremesher, and subdivision levels to create detailed and intricate miniatures.
-Brushes and Alphas: Explore a variety of brushes and alpha textures to add fine details and textures to your miniatures.
Course Requirements Hardware: A computer capable of running ZBrush efficiently, preferably with a graphics tablet for optimal sculpting precision. -Software: Students must have access to the latest version of ZBrush (the trial version is fine). No prior experience with ZBrush is required.
