This course will guide you through the essential steps and techniques needed to optimize, troubleshoot, and export your models, ensuring they are ready for successful 3D printing.
What You Will Learn
-Model Optimization: Learn how to decimate and clean up your models to ensure they are print-ready without losing essential details.
-Mesh Integrity: Understand techniques for checking and fixing common mesh issues, such as holes, non-manifold edges, and intersecting geometry.
-Scaling and Sizing: Discover how to accurately scale your models within ZBrush to fit your desired print dimensions and ensure compatibility with different 3D printers.
-Exporting for 3D Printing: Learn the proper export settings and file formats (such as STL and OBJ) for different types of 3D printers.
Course Requirements -Hardware: A computer capable of running ZBrush efficiently -Software: Students must have access to the latest version of ZBrush (the trial version is fine). No prior experience with ZBrush is required.
