By purchasing this Ticket Insurance for the BAO 2025, you may request a full refund on your BAO 2025 Tickets and Merchandise up until the day before the event begins which is: May 23rd, 2025. You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase and not be subject to the 15% service fee.
The Ticket Insurance itself is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please allow up to 30 days to process a refund request when exercising this option.
