By purchasing this Ticket Insurance for the BAO 2024, you may request a full refund on your BAO 2024 Tickets*** and Merchandise up until the day before the event begins: May 24th, 2024. You will be refunded the full amount of your purchase and not be subject to the 15% service fee. The Ticket Insurance is non-refundable under any circumstances. Please allow up to 30 days to process a refund request when exercising this option.
